Frequently asked questions

What does a roof check include?

Each visit covers the membrane, seams, flashings, drains, scuppers, gutters, penetrations, coping, ponding water, rooftop equipment curbs, and HVAC traffic damage. We clear drains and include up to one hour of small repairs with materials.

When do you schedule roof checks?

Spring checks run March 15 through May 31. Fall checks run September 15 through November 30. Once you sign up, both visits are added to the calendar each year and we call your contact a week ahead.

Can a coating replace a tear-off?

Sometimes. If the roof is attached, mostly dry, and the deck is sound, a coating can extend its life. We use infrared scanning and core cuts to show you when restoration makes sense and when replacement is the more responsible choice.
